What are your bracelets and jewelry made of?
Most of my bracelets and charms are made from a mix of glass beads, gemstones, enamel, stainless steel, alloy, and acrylic—all carefully selected for both beauty and durability. Each piece is designed to be lightweight, wearable, and meaningful. If you have any concerns about materials or allergies, feel free to message me before ordering!
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade or made-to-order, all sales are final. I don’t offer refunds or exchanges at this time, so please double-check your order details before checking out.
That said, if your item arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please email me within 3 days of delivery (with photos), and I’ll do my best to make it right.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped out every Wednesday, and most customers receive their items within 5–8 business days after shipping (though please allow up to 12 business days, just in case!). You'll get an email with tracking info once your order is on its way.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
I put my heart into every piece I make, and your happiness matters deeply to me. If something isn’t right, please contact me—I want you to love your order, and I’ll always do what I can to make things right.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
- Avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals
- Store in a dry place when not in use
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, I do not offer international shipping. If you’re outside my listed shipping zones and would like to order, feel free to contact me—I’ll see what I can do!
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before checking out! If you notice a mistake, contact me ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I may be able to fix it. Once it’s sent, I can’t make changes and I’m not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Will my order come gift-wrapped?
Every order is packaged with care and intention. If you're sending a gift, let me know at checkout—I'd be happy to include a handwritten note or simple gift wrapping!
I Placed my Order, but I Found Another Item I Want to Add. Can I Add it to My Order?
Once an order is placed, the next order is treated as a totally separate order. If the item(s) are in stock, we will ship the new order within the shipping times.
